9/6/2023	Virtual meeting held between Alliant staff and FO6 staff regarding groundwater underdrain discharge. Central office ww staff suggested they meet with FO6 staff. Reference attached email. Discharge does not fall under GP1 control (per Central office ww staff and stw staff) so Alliant must manage it in another way. They plan to send it to the Ottumwa WWTP via forcemain tie-in. Final decisiont obe made in near future. They will keep us in the loop.	BRIAN LEE
