6/14/2023	Kevin called me as someone from the office had called him about getting a permit. He has not yet applied because he is waiting for EQIP money. He is planning to build a SOFEB and EQUI will pay for 75% of it. He doesn't mind getting a permit to comply with EPA but doesn't want to get a permit until he has complete designs from NIC.
