6/8/2023	EPA inquired if DNR has received their NPDES permit application. No, we have not. I called Kevin and asked what his plan is. He stated he is waiting to hear back from NRCS on EQIP funding to construct a lagoon. I recommended that he read his letter from EPA again and make sure he is following all the requirements listed.
