5/8/2023	4/27/2023 1505: Email assist to Damion Sadd at Continental Cement for TV AQ CE follow up. The email read as follows: Thank you Damion. I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. I found your email in my spam folder just today. I also had a note on my worksheet for the Clinker Barge Loading Operations (EPs 1510-0-F, 1520-0-F, and 1530-0-F) to get records regarding the months of operation and hours of operation. For records there I had the Written Best Management Practices Plan, daily logs with start and end times and day of the week when loading, and amount in tons of clinker loaded to the barge per day, month, and 12-month rolling total. I will recommend rescinding the 78-A-227-S5 construction permit in my report. I will keep a lookout for the EP 218 data. Thank you, Jon	JON RYK
