4/12/2023	Peter Hibma of Deer Run Pork called the office and said they were applying manure but looked like they would need more acres and they had a field available and wondered if they needed to do anything. I told Mr. Hibma that technically they would need to correctly soil sample and run the P Index on the field and then could apply. However, as they were applying manure at the time and they work with Pinnacle that they could contact them to come up with a rate and then add the paperwork to their plan afterwards. I requested that Mr. Hibma notify me of their plans.	BERT NOLL
