The email read as follows (with attachment of the questions that would pertain to using sodium hypochlorite for disinfection): Elana, Thank you, I am waiting on that data so I can complete my draft sanitary survey report. Regarding the questions for using liquid sodium hypochlorite, there are significantly less. I have attached a list of them for your use. I broke them down by what section of treatment / chlorination they would fall under. Please note that these are the questions that are currently in the ESS and I cannot confirm that there may or may not be some changes to the ESS by your next sanitary survey.
