4/3/2023	Mr. Vandehaar completed the mass burial waiver form and sent to us for approval. I filled out notification form and wrote an approval letter. All three were sent to Jason Marcel for approval. Approval was granted this morning. I forwarded copies of signed documents to Mr. Vandehaar, and called him to notify of approval. Please see attached copies of (1) waiver request, (2) livestock burial atlas map, (3) waiver approval notification, and (4) approval letter. Docs were also sent to webmaster@dnr.iowa.gov.
