3/30/2023	Dane emailed me about installing a foaming biosecurity spray system at their sites. He sent a video from the company that shows it's a drive-over sprayer that covers the vehicles in foam with disinfectant, as they drive onto the property. From the video it didn't appear there was any excess water produced. I responded that it looked ok, but if any generation of wastewater occurs, they would need to collect it and properly dispose. I also asked about the progress emptying the manure storage bunker. He said they were making progress with about 2-3 weeks left depending on weather conditions. I asked that he let me know when they get done so we can inspect the bunker nearly empty. I also advised him that the roof pieces removed to help unload the bunker would need to be replaced, since the original construction permit included regular repair and maintenance of the roof. He said it wouldn't be a problem and they will work on it when application is done.	DANIEL WATTERSON
