3/16/2023	3/8/2023 1530: Andy Murdock called back regarding my 1434 voice mail message regarding calling in excess emissions. He has been calling them in but there appeared to be some confusion as the last one called in to Jeff Thoman on 3/16/2023 was apparently mistaken as being called in as an HSI. The FOCD had the correct information for an EE. I discussed with him that they do need to be called in as excess emissions but that they do not necessarily need to be identified as an HSI.	JON RYK
