3/16/2023	3/8/2023 1434: Called to speak with Andy Murdock regarding calling in excess emissions. He has been calling them in but there appeared to be some confusion as the last one called in to Jeff Thoman on 3/16/2023 was apparently mistaken as being called in as an HSI. The FOCD had the correct information for an EE. I left a voice mail message for him to call me back.	JON RYK
