3/15/2023	Tom Ford, affidavit operator, reached out via email wondering why monthly total coliform monitoring was assigned, and if there was a way to resume quarterly monitoring. I sent him 567 IAC 41.2(455B) and directed him to 41.2(1)"e" (2)1 for why monthly monitoring can be assigned, and to 41.2(1)"e"(4) for how quarterly monitoring can be resumed. I instructed him to contact his permit writer to discuss resuming quarterly monitoring and that the permit writer should be able to make that determination.	JACOB DONAGHY
