3/13/2023	Rachel called to discuss the semi-annual report in regards of needing to add anything findings from the December inspection that she had not yet received. I explained the inspection was led by the EPA and there would be no separate report coming from the DNR. She stated she would just note that the report has not yet been received. Rachel also reported that the plant will be having their annual shut down in the next day or so and will be down for about a month. I inquired about any repairs to control equipment and she stated that there would be maintenance taking place on several items (scrubber, ESP, etc.) as needed. She noted their CEMs has been working well lately and showing good emissions levels. Recent stack tests have also been passed and showing good reductions.	DAVID KNOLL
