My email to Andy is below with his original email preceding: Andy, Please send me some more details on this so I can enter it as an excess emission. Please include the following: emission point from which it occurred estimated amount released time of incident or discovery of incident date and time the incident was corrected cause of the incident what was done to correct it Also, if you have some potential dates for a visit to observe the tissue unloading please let me know. I would not be available this week because I have an inspection Tuesday and Thursday mornings. However, the following week may work. I blocked off some time on both the 21st and the 23rd. It was reported on Sunday February 12th that employees noticed tissue on their cars. The Tissue Dryer system was shutdown and the dust collector cyclone was cleaned. There has not been a report of tissue since this cleaning. I am following up on what cleaning was done the previous two CIP days in order to determine where we are missing these opportunities to ensure the proper operation of the tissue system.
