I assisted him with the change of sample site procedures for the lead and copper sampling plan. The email read as follows: Yusef, Thank you for contacting me regarding notification for change of sampling sites for the lead and copper sampling. I have attached a copy of the information from Section 3 of the Lead and Copper Monitoring Plan Template (Pages 11 and 12) below and have attached the monitoring plan template as well. image.png image.png You will want to contact your permit writer. That information will be on the cover page for your water supply operations permit. You will also want to complete the form on page 12 of the template, "Lead & Copper Rule: Change of Sample Site Form" and submit it to DNR WS Operation Section (the address is on the bottom of the form) Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
