12/21/2022 11/15/2022 1623: Email assist to Andy Leiner following review of the O&M Plan that he submitted. The email read as follows (also includes email from Andy M with O&M Plan): Andy, I took a quick look at the O&M Plan and have the following comments: For the wet scrubbers associated with EP-6 and EP-7 I noticed the O&M Plan does not include daily checks for scrubbant flow as is on the plan for the wet scrubbers associated with EP-8 and EP-24. Is this due to different manufacturer recommendations for inspections and maintenance? I did not see anything in the O&M Plan for the baghouse associated with EP-13 (Mixed Lot Blending). Do you plan to include that in your O&M Plan? Thanks again for your time and attention to this matter.
