12/14/2022	Discussed some preliminary plans for the decommissioning of Lansing Power Station. The facility will be shut down on 1/1/23. Michael Li requested guidance on the need for a variance from air quality permitting to reverse the coal unloading process. This will allow the remaining coal onsite to be loaded back on to barges for transport to another facility. No variance is necessary for this activity.	SHANE DODGE
