11/22/2022	Adam called to notify this office about a contractor coming to plug tiles in the EB that were observed by Jeremy Klatt, IDNR, during an EB inspection completed in August 2022. Adam asked if someone needed to be there when the work was being done or if he could document with pictures. I told him that as long as he took enough pictures to properly document the plugging requirements, which Jeremy included in his letter, that would be fine. He will email pictures when the project is completed.	DAN BRATRUD
