9/13/2022	Mr. Oertel lives just North of the DNR office down on 15th street, his property borders Cheslea creek, covers the far east side of his backyard. He was calling because he was concerned about the wastewater spill and wanted to know if they needed to do anything and if it affected wildlife there is a "pretty sick" snapping turtle that crawled up into the yard but wouldn't hiss or run away when confronted, then crawled back into the water and stayed there. He also was wondering why the warning only extended to Black pit and I thought that might be due to dilution. I explained that we were recommending people, pets and kids not contact the water for 48 hours.	ISAIAH LARY
