9/6/2022	8/17/2022 1458: Email to Andy Murdock with follow up questions regarding the PM spreadsheet he sent. The email read as follows: Thank you Andy, Would you happen to have a way to correlate the name of the dust collector/ Control unit to the associated emission point identifier. Some of them on there are pretty straightforward based on the aerial photo but it would be helpful. I have the following questions: 1. Under the "actual release" heading: are those dates of excess emissions? 2. Under "Order Type": what is meant by YQM3? 3. Under "ABC indic." what do the A, B, C indicate? 4. Under "Basic fin. date": Is that the date that any issue is fixed? 5. Under "Actual Finish": Is that a return to service date? If not, how is that different than #4? 6. Under "System Status": what do the different codes mean? Just one more thing: do you have some examples of the actual inspection checklist or results from some inspections? Thank you, Jon	JON RYK
