8/23/2022 Karen emailed the department asking for info about our last inspection of the Scott Co SDP. She is a consultant conducting and audit for a 3rd party. There were no violations determined and no specific action was required. Facility staff (4) discussed the status of the facility with our inspector and then they observed site conditions together.
