8/16/2022	Kurt Levetzow, Supervisor FO6, received info on Sunday 8/14/22 that there was a fire at the facility. Kurt informed me on 8/15/22 and I contacted Lillian Chamness at about 10:15 am on 8/15/22. After some investigation on her part, she returned my call and informed me that there was a small fire in an "overs" pile on the southeastern portion of the pad on Sunday. Water was utilized to extinguish the fire and the pile was spread out into a (new) row. The fire was extinguished rather quickly and there was no fire late Sunday or on Monday, 8/15/22.	BRIAN LEE
