8/3/2022	Ken said George Schaefers, NRCS, designed a formed sand collection system to be located north of his manure storage structure and wondered if DNR approval was needed prior to construction. I consulted with Paul Petitti and we decided that Moellers could construct as planned but we request info from Schaefers' design for the file. I notified Moellers of this decision 8/3/22 and email is attached requesting engineer info.	BRIAN JERGENSON
