7/28/2022	His father in law recently purchased this facility. What needs to be done? As we discussed yesterday, attached is a blank copy of the MMP form. New owners must submit a 4-year plan 60 days from the date of purchase. The 4-year plan must include the soil samples that are less than 4 years old, new manure agreements if needed with the new owners name/signature, and an updated page 1 documenting the new owner.
