7/27/2022	Matt called and and stated that gas lines for the methane digester are being planned and it looks like the line will intercept the manure lagoon. I advised Matt a construction permit would be required. Matt contacted me later and stated the proposed line will be moved and will not intercept the lagoon berms at all.
