7/26/2022	Travis called to let me know that he had unknowingly taken waste from someone who's load was from Webster City. He knew the driver to be a local, but was unaware their load was from a project outside of his planning area. He wanted to know if there was a way to make things right as he was afraid he made the Hamilton Co transfer station mad and some of his other local drivers. I told him to start refusing the guy as long as his load is from out of the planning area and send him to Hamilton Co from now on. He also let me know that he had his weights and scale receipts still so I told him to hold on to them for now. I also told him that it seemed like it was human error, so not to worry too much about it, but to keep an eye on where loads are coming from.	MADELYNN NELSON
