6/28/2022	Caller wanted to know about planning areas and where waste needs to go. We discussed mixed loads and roll offs. Caller wanted to know where the waste from the Van Buren CCC had to go. I told her that is in Great River's (Fort Madison's) area and must go there. Caller was from Van Buren Co and said that Connellys took a dumpster from there to to SEMCO reportedly. I told her that it needs to go to GRRWA landfill. Caller did not want to file a compaint, but I told her I would call Rich at Connellys and remind him (and to remind his drivers) where VB Co waste needs to go. Caller was appreciative of the clarification. I called Rich and told him we had a call, but not a complaint. He seemed to know that VB CO waste needs to go to GRRWA. We briefly discussed mixed loads as well and that he may need to alternate mixed loads between GRRWA and SEMCO. I told him to remind any other drivers he has of the requirements.	BRIAN LEE
