5/26/2022	Larry stated that the landfill's neighbor dropped off a letter concerning the wind blown litter that has not been picked up to their satisfactory. Larry stated that they will be contacting us too. I reiterated that more daily cover should be used, close the gates during high wind days, rent a 4 wheel drive man lift to remove the plastic bags from the trees near the river.
