5/16/2022	Derek Rothe, Natural Fertilizer, called to see what requirements would be made if Gleason's rebuilt a hoop building that has blown down, without changing animal units, but altering the barn and making it bigger. They plan to increase their "work area" not so much the pen size. This would be considered an expansion and a new CDS, updated MMP and associated fees would be required. If they choose to build like for like, no additional requirements.	KRISTI BURG
