5/12/2022 The facility wanted to update contact info for the public water supply from Ed Steinke to Tyler Chlystun. An affiliate with Mr. Chlystun's contact information was created. The facility also wanted to update their S/EP sampling point after determining their current S/EP sampling point was post GAC and chlorine, but pre-sand filtration. After consulting with A. Pickens, it was determined the S/EP sampling point could be changed without any further action. See email in attached documents. BENJAMIN STRACUZZI
