The monochloramine periodically drops to a very low number for a few minutes then goes back to normal. We’ve been taking daily samples and we believe the analyzer is reading correctly, except during these dropouts. Hach says its an issue with the analyzer, but they can’t give us a date they’ll be viable to be onsite to fix the issue.
