5/6/2022	After much discussion with Becky Sexton and Dale Nauman it was determined that the proposed barn will be 1/2 open feedlot (beef cattle) and 1/2 confined heifers (70 heifers). Manure will be bedded pack. I informed them that the MMP will have to be revised because it doesn't include the 70 heifers or the solid manure.	BRIAN JERGENSON
