4/27/2022	Excessive wind blown litter due to consistant high winds. I have called twice to speak with Larry about picking up litter. Spoke with him today since a neighbor emailed me pictures of plastic sacks in trees near river. I asked him if he is placing enough adequate daily cover during high wind days. He said he could do better and will apply more. I recommended permanent tall fences since his portable fences blow over in high winds. I will stop by and make a visit.	JENNIFER CHRISTIAN
