4/7/2022	An existing 340 AUs farrowing operation wants to modify the inside of the barns to hold a total of 900 AUs for finishers instead. This site consists of multiple buildings and the last building was constructed in 1997. They meet all the separation distances if they modify to increase the AUs. Answer: Yes, technically all that is required will be the 4-year MMP with the one time indemnity and one time filing fees. (The compliance fee would be due the following year during the annual updates.) However, I reached out to Paul Petitti and he thinks we should request a CDS also. So, I guess submit that with the MMP also and have Mr. Chipman try and fill out as much as he can. Make sure and write 'no construction' so that it doesn't confuse Rhonda when it comes in.
