4/5/2022 Aditya also indicated that a 3rd party contractor will plan to install a closed loop system and eliminate the discharge. I told him I need an update in writing by 5/1/22. BRIAN LEE
4/5/2022 Aditya called to ask if any additional documentation was needed regarding permit renewal. I told him that their renewal application was accepted in October 21 and I did not see any need for additional info. I said they will have to wait for the draft, but that might be a few months or even a year or so. I told them that they must abide by their current permit, even if it expires, until a new permit is issued. BRIAN LEE
