Robert, If your NPDES permit was amended, effective 3/1/2022, the cover letter sent with the amended permit likely indicated that you will need a new DMR form. The new DMR form is required to ensure that data submitted after the amendment goes into effect is associated with the permit conditions required after the amendment. Your February DMR is due by March 15 and must be submitted on the old DMR form to ensure that February's data is associated with the permit conditions that applied before the amendment. To avoid confusion and receiving the DMR for the last month under the old permit conditions on the new form, we wait until after the 15th of the month in which the permit is amended to send the new DMR forms. You should receive your new DMR form next week. If you have any further questions, please let me know.
