3/7/2022 Gary called to give me a couple of updates: 1. They're continuing the process of finding and buying or renting another screen to bring onsite to screen the compost. Gary hopes to have one onsite in April and screen all the compost onsite now, including the various piles of compost east of the pad. 2. They're contracting the leachate pumping and land application with a third party contractor so it gets done sooner and reportedly the contractor will knife it in to minimize runoff potential. I asked if they'd be using all their permitted fields, as opposed to just the field south of the pad and Gary said they'd indeed be using all their fields. 3. Gary said the area around the shop is getting cleaned up and he'd ask Doug McCrea to send me some pics of that. 4. Gary said he doesn't want to fight this out in court and hoped to find an easier resolution to resolving the ongoing legal matters. KURT LEVETZOW
