2/23/2022	I returned Kevin W.'s phone call. Kevin is researching ways to resolve the issues mentioned in the LNC of 2-2-2022. Due date of resolve to be due w/i 30 days of receipt of letter. We discussed again the facility reaching out to IWRC and I also supplied the CP hotline for possible assistance. I advised that even if they are gathering bids for repair, to find an immediate/temporary resolve as well.	BRENDA STREICHER
