This is the way we’ve shown and out of service UF in the past, but I’ll show it as off in the future. I’ve updated the 20th and added a note. Please let me know if you need anything else. Can you confirm this? If that's the case, the next lowest LRV value should be used at the end of that column and a brief comment can be included about it being out of service.
