12/2/2021	Cody Lucero called and asked about manganese sampling. I told him his permit wasn't issued so he didn't have to collect it yet. We discussed that it probably wouldn't be recognized as meeting the sampling requirement of the permit, since it would have been collected prior to the permit being issued. I initially told him that he could put off manganese sampling until the month after the permit was issued, but upon further discussion with Carl Berg, I instructed Cody to be prepared to sample once the permit is issued.
