11/10/2021	Christian Fox called and said they were “a little over” their TKN limit to haul leachate to Osage, but rain is forecast and they may need to haul anyway. The have a TA with Elma, but there are problems with the plant and they won’t take the leachate; there is a TA is pending with Charles City. I went over the SNC guidelines and said if they needed to haul to Osage, they should do so regardless.	DAVID MILLER
