I have attached the closure permit for the facility. Looks like 9/10/22 is the permit expiration date. However as we discussed, closure will depend on multiple factors. I will defer to Matt to weigh in on how many years or what kind of timeframe the City is looking at regarding official closure. Matt is copied on this email, but his number is 515-725-8331.
