10/28/2021	On October 28, 2021 I sent Kapil Arora the following E-mail answering his question. Hi Kapil, Regarding the MMP Due Date for Paul Groenenboom Farm (Facility ID 59025). 1. The MMP due date in our AFO Database is August 1st. 2.The last original P-Index MMP was submitted on March 8, 2018 and approved on March 20, 2018. 3. The next three annual updates were received at Field Office 5 and approved on July 17, 2019, July 15, 2020 and June 18, 2021. 4. The next new-original P-Index MMP is due on August 1, 2022.
