10/4/2021	Jim wanted to know if he could remove part of the north berm to allow for a ramp to access more depth of the basin. Paul ok'd the remove but suggested if he wants to do this permanently an engineer should be hired to properly design and test the soils. I suggested Mr. Shenk fill the ramp and compact as he does. The pump can't reach any lower into the basin so he is trying to stir and remove more of the solids in the lagoon.	JEFF PRIER
