9/9/2021 Tanko reported another exceedance f NPDES limits. I spoke with Tanko and on 9/8 and expressed concerns about the number of permit exceedances Whirlpool has had the last several months. He said they have a plan and are working with their Engineers to address the violations. They hope to have something in place by November of this year. I asked that he provide a written POA so that we have something on file stating they are addressing the ongoing violations. He indicated he would have something written up within a couple of weeks.
