8/31/2021	Josh Guttau returned a phone call that I made to him last week. Mr. Guttau stated that the southeast pen of the open lot had been cleaned and the fence line had been left higher as a berm to catch runoff from the pens. However, Mr. Guttau stated that the corner of the pen filled back up with solids and allowed the runoff from the pens to flow out of the southeast corner and down through the vegetated infiltration area prior to the stream. Mr. Guttau stated that he was in the process of scraping the pen again and would be installing a picket fence outlet to better handle the flow or solids and liquid that reach the southeast corner of the pens. Mr. Guttau stated that this work should be completed in the next 30 days. I will schedule a follow up to address the runoff from the southeast corner of the pens in the next quarter.	WENDY WITTROCK
