8/31/2021	Mike wanted to know if he would need a permit for a temporary stream crossing for a road from the active landfill to the closed Den Hartog site to the south. I checked the map and determined the drainage area at this location is about 3.6 square miles, so a permit is not needed. I advised Mike to talk to the county engineer too.	BILL GROSS
