8/27/2021	Dave called to ask about how to handle asbestos waste. He said a Meskwaki contractor brought in bagged waste which might have contained asbestos. Dave asked him whether he had an asbestos inspection done be a licensed inspector. The person would not tell him and left with the material. I told Dave he could treat the waste as ACM at the landfill whether it was tested or not. [I also told him the USEPA regulates Meskwaki activities, not DNR.]	BILL GROSS
