I leave tomorrow morning on vacation for two weeks and figure he may have follow up questions so I don't want to leave him hanging without a response. Thanks. Wendy ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Chance Goddard <[email protected]> Date: Thu, Aug 5, 2021 at 12:14 PM Subject: Essentia Proteins - Harlan, IA To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Hi Wendy, We’re currently exploring installation of a buried pipe to convey water to one of our application fields. I was curious if we’d need a construction permit for something like this? It will be a little over a 1000’ long, and a good portion of it will be bored. The disturbed area will be under an acre and will be in a field that already undergoes tilling. The area would be less than the threshold for a construction permit, and it is not a material change in the way we treat our water as its already conveyed by hose for application. Just looking for a little guidance as we’re in the planning phase. Thank you! Chance Goddard Wastewater Manager 1347 HWY 44 Harlan, IA 51537 Office: 515.963.4836 [email protected] DAN OLSON
