8/5/2021	This site is going up for auction and he was looking for some information about the lagoon. I found and sent the following: 1) Original construction permit issued on 7-18-96 for the construction of a clay liner anaerobic lagoon. 2) The engineering statement verifying construction but the original permit was amended to include the synthetic liner. I can't tell if under the synthetic liner there was also a clay liner OR if it was determined the groundwater table was too high for a clay liner. The DNR accepted the engineering amendment and approved the plans on 10-9-98. 3) Some maps showing the basin	ALISON MANZ
