7/23/2021	7/14/2021 1627: Adam Lendi who identified himself as the new owner for the Sleepy Hollow Campground called the field office in order to get a copy of the operations permit. He also had some questions regarding affidavit operators so I went over the basic requirements for an affidavit operator and informed him of our list of affidavit operators on our website. He had asked if I would recommend any over others and I mentioned that I could not make recommendations for any operators. I also mentioned I would send him a copy of the PWS Operations Permit for the faciliy and the link to the affidavit operator database on our website.	JON RYK
